KC Leather Studio Story - I was born to a family of saddle makers on September 26th, 1997. I first started tooling leather at an early age, after asking my grandfather for a belt. He sat me down, and with his help I built an entire belt by hand. Looking back at that special moment in time, at that project I had just finished, I realize that it ignited a spark that has guided my life.
I started building saddles with my grandfather in Wyoming and after moving to Texas I spent time in San Angelo building for my uncle Todd Jeys with Jeys Saddlery. After a few years in the industry I stopped working for other people and decided it was time to open my doors to personal orders and go full time with my own company. I have had this shop for little over a year now but with years of experience ready to build something special for you, a family member, or someone dear to you.
